What design sessions does Studio Kestrel offer for real estate clients?

Accepted Answer

Studio Kestrel offers Listing Strategy sessions starting at $1,250, Buyer Strategy sessions starting at $2,500, and New Development Buyer Concierge sessions starting at $2,500. All sessions include a written deliverable within 24-48 hours.

Are sessions conducted in person or virtually?

Sessions are conducted via video by default. Onsite walkthroughs are available when the client is already on location.

Can the session fee be applied toward full-service design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The consultation fee is credited toward full-service interior design if Studio Kestrel is retained within 90 days of plan delivery.
