7 Dey

Modern Tranquility in the Heart of Downtown

Set amid the architectural icons of Lower Manhattan—including Calatrava’s Oculus, Fulton Center, and the historic high-rises of the Financial District—the model residences at 7 Dey were conceived as modern retreats above the city’s pulse. In collaboration with SL Green and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, the studio designed six distinct residences that offer a tranquil counterpoint to the pace of downtown life.

Each apartment was shaped to evoke a sense of ease and equilibrium. Guided by feng shui principles, the interiors feature soft curves, rounded edges, and sumptuous upholstery that encourage relaxation and flow. A palette of warm neutrals and organic hues—paired with delicate sheer drapery and mirrored accents—filters sunlight and amplifies both brightness and spatial depth, infusing each home with a gentle, spa-like calm.

While each model was tailored to a specific lifestyle—from a young professional’s pied-à-terre to a relocating family’s first Manhattan home—the collection shares a cohesive language: clean-lined, inviting, and rooted in modern serenity. Through tactile materials, natural light, and thoughtful composition, these residences redefine downtown living as an experience of quiet sophistication.
