What This Looks Like in Practice

Lighting + acoustics + circulation + durable finishes that still feel elevated.
Hotels
Guestroom calm + lobby/arrival impact + materials that hold up to real use.
Amenity Spaces
"Membership-level” feel with clear programming and longevity.
how we run projects
A simple structure that keeps stakeholders aligned:
1. Discovery + constraints (budget, schedule, brand, building rules)
2. Concept lock (direction, key moments, palette)
3. Documentation for pricing (so decisions become real numbers)
4. Procurement + coordination (lead times, substitutions, sequencing)
5. Install + opening readiness (the final mile)
Outcome: fewer surprises, fewer change orders, a space that opens strong.

FAQ
Do you work with the architect and GC?
Yes. We coordinate with your architect, engineer, and contractor so decisions translate into buildable documents.
Do you take on renovations or light construction?
We can support renovations and build-outs through design and documentation. We don’t act as the GC, and we don’t self-perform construction.
Do you handle procurement?
Yes, as an option—especially valuable for FF&E-heavy projects with tight lead times. We can place orders and coordinate delivery through installation.
Where do you work?
NYC, Miami, and the Hamptons—plus select projects elsewhere depending on scope.
