Engagement Options

1) Concept + Brand Translation

For early-stage projects that need a clear design direction stakeholders can

align around.

  • Concept narrative + visual direction

  • Palette + material language

  • Space identity: what the guest feels, sees, and remembers

  • High-level layout guidance + key moments

Best for: new concepts, rebrands, new builds at schematic design.

2) Design Development + Documentation

For projects moving into pricing, permits, and execution.

  • Finish + fixture selections and specifications

  • Reflected ceiling + lighting intent (coordination-ready)

  • Millwork, custom details, furniture and upholstery direction

  • Drawings and schedules for GC/vendor quoting

Best for: projects that need disciplined documentation to reduce rework and change orders.

3) FF&E + Procurement Management

For teams who want a single point of coordination through ordering and delivery.

  • Order placement + purchasing (FF&E, lighting, key finish packages)

  • Vendor coordination + quote leveling

  • Lead times, substitutions + tracking

  • Order tracking, delivery planning, and install coordination

Best for: owners/operators who want fewer moving parts.

4) On-Site Install + Styling

For the final 10% that determines whether the space actually lands.

  • Install oversight + final placements

  • Styling and finishing layers

  • Punch resolution and readiness for opening / soft launch

Best for: projects where the opening experience matters.

What This Looks Like in Practice

Restaurants

Lighting + acoustics + circulation + durable finishes that still feel elevated.

Hotels

Guestroom calm + lobby/arrival impact + materials that hold up to real use.

Amenity Spaces

"Membership-level” feel with clear programming and longevity.

how we run projects

A simple structure that keeps stakeholders aligned:

1.  Discovery + constraints (budget, schedule, brand, building rules)

2.  Concept lock (direction, key moments, palette)

3.  Documentation for pricing (so decisions become real numbers)

4.  Procurement + coordination (lead times, substitutions, sequencing)

5.  Install + opening readiness (the final mile)

Outcome: fewer surprises, fewer change orders, a space that opens strong.

why clients hire us

  • Design that feels premium—and holds up under real hospitality use

  • Clear decision-making that keeps stakeholders aligned

  • Operational sensitivity (cleaning, maintenance, flow, durability)

We’re best suited to projects that value:

  • Disciplined planning and clear deliverables

FAQ

Do you work with the architect and GC?

Yes. We coordinate with your architect, engineer, and contractor so decisions translate into buildable documents.

Do you take on renovations or light construction?

We can support renovations and build-outs through design and documentation. We don’t act as the GC, and we don’t self-perform construction.

Do you handle procurement?

Yes, as an option—especially valuable for FF&E-heavy projects with tight lead times. We can place orders and coordinate delivery through installation.

Where do you work?

NYC, Miami, and the Hamptons—plus select projects elsewhere depending on scope.
