Located in West Chelsea, Manhattan, the model residences at Ruby Chelsea were conceived as a series of distinct yet harmonious homes, each reflecting the development’s vision of modern sanctuary and connection to nature. In collaboration with MAG Partners and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, the studio crafted six individual residences that embody the building’s health-focused ethos—spaces designed for well-being, authenticity, and quiet luxury.

Each residence drew from a different psychographic profile developed by the sales and marketing team, translating lifestyle narratives into spatial form. A restaurateur’s socialite apartment celebrates bold color and texture in ochre and sienna tones; a finance bachelor’s studio features moody foliage-print wallcoverings and sleek modern furnishings; an art student’s retreat blends creativity and restraint through layered neutrals and tactile finishes; and a young couple’s home balances organic curves with calm, family-ready warmth. Across all six units, light, natural materials, and soft organic lines unify the collection while allowing each to express its own distinct character.

The result is a series of interiors that feel authentic, livable, and aspirational—each telling a story of modern urban life grounded in nature and designed to resonate with future residents.
