One West End Penthouse
A Sunlit Penthouse Above the Hudson
Perched above the Hudson River at One West End Avenue, this 2,500-square-foot penthouse was designed as a serene yet striking modern sanctuary. Framed by sweeping views stretching north toward the George Washington Bridge, the home glows each evening in the warmth of its signature golden sunsets, amplified by floor-to-ceiling windows and a palette of white, cream, and soft taupe.
The interiors embody bright, airy minimalism infused with warmth and personality. In the living and dining areas, a handcrafted iridescent wallcovering reflects the shifting light, creating a quiet sense of movement and depth. The flex room, designed as both a home office and podcasting studio, features acoustic 3D suede wallcovering—a tactile blend of performance and elegance. Across the home, brass and glass chandeliers bring sculptural dimension and luminosity.
A thoughtfully curated art collection anchors the design’s emotional core—vibrant, custom-commissioned works that mirror the clients’ creativity and shared life. Centerpiece among them: a monumental diptych of a swimmer in motion, painted by a Serbian artist, its fluid energy echoing the home’s riverside rhythm.
Through bespoke millwork, tailored upholstery, and custom furnishings sourced internationally, the design achieves a timeless harmony—minimal yet warm, architectural yet deeply personal.
